Blue Cross Blue Shield
Blue Cross Blue Shield needed to speed the processing of their Blue Distinction certification. Their internal team created an application to help do this. However, the application had significant usability issues.
Xi worked with BCBSA internal stakeholders to understand the needs of the end-user, prioritize features, and redesign the user interface.
The interface was tested on end-users and received rave reviews. BCBSA is continuing to develop the application with the user experience, design, and HTML provided by Xi.
